Sacraments

Baptism

Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation into the Catholic Church. We welcome infants, children, and adults seeking baptism. Preparation classes are required for parents and godparents.

Requirements
- Baptismal registration & parishioner’ form
- Copy of parents’ and godparents’ information
- Attendance at a baptism preparation class
First Holy Communion

Children typically receive their First Holy Communion after completing a two-year catechism program. This sacrament allows them to receive the Body and Blood of Christ for the first time.

Requirements
Baptismal certificate ( or special condition)
- Copy of parents’ and godparents’ information
- Attendance at a First Reconciliation and Holy
- Communion preparation class
Confirmation

Through the sacrament of Confirmation, individuals receive the Holy Spirit and affirm their commitment to their faith. Our preparation classes help confirmands deepen their understanding of the Church and their role as Catholics.

Reconciliation (Confession)

The Sacrament of Reconciliation allows us to receive God’s forgiveness and grace. Confession is available weekly, and individuals may also schedule an appointment with the priest.

Marriage

Marriage is a sacred union blessed by God. Couples preparing for marriage must complete a marriage preparation course and meet with the parish priest for guidance.

Requirements
- Baptism & Confirmation certificates
- Civil marriage license (if applicable)
- Attendance at a pre-marital counseling session
Anointing of the Sick

This sacrament is offered to those who are seriously ill, elderly, or preparing for surgery.

Please contact the parish office to request an anointing.
